We apply metered rates for "voice recorder usage time" and "storage capacity of voice data"

  • ・The minimum fee is 60,000 yen/month
  • ・Hourly charge (minute-by-minute round-up)
Miscallenous fees excluding RECORiS Consumption tax, device shipping costs, internet connection environment required to use the app, communication charges, etc. will be borne by the customer.
How do we pay? We only accept credit cards
Payment period Payment will be deducted by the credit card company
How long does it take? The device will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date. Please download the app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
Expiration for application of services None
Operating environment The operating environment required to use the App Store or Google Play Store is included on the app introduction page
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, etc.

We do not accept cancellations after shipping devices

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items, and if within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product.

Shipping fees will be borne by the customer

In the event a defect occurs, we will happily provide support within the warranty period (three months after purchase)

After confirming the nature of the defect, we may replace the unit with a new one. Any defective units will be replaced by TiL free of charge.

For mid-contract cancellations Any cancellations that occur in the middle of the month will incur a full month's fee, with no pro-rated refunds made.
