We do not accept cancellations after shipping devices
Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items, and if within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product.
Shipping fees will be borne by the customer
In the event a defect occurs, we will happily provide support within the warranty period (three months after purchase)

After confirming the nature of the defect, we may replace the unit with a new one. Any defective units will be replaced by TiL free of charge.
|For mid-contract cancellations||Any cancellations that occur in the middle of the month will incur a full month's fee, with no pro-rated refunds made.|
